Afternoon of Oct 12，2021, Mrs. Vanhpheng Saisomphou, the Consul General of the Consulate General of the Lao People's Democratic Republic in Guangzhou and her delegation, including Ms. Wu, Consul, Mr. Li Sidao, the chairman of Beijing Xixiangyulong Trading Co., Ltd. visited Jinda Coffee and Beverage Center. Mr. Cai Shuqiang, the chairman of the company, led the management team to accompany the investigation.
沙总领事一行参观了云南国际咖啡交易中心广州集货配送中心、思域咖啡、万遇水吧等多家企业，参访过程中和咖啡资深从业人员刘开勇先生、胡蓉女士、张杰先生等进行了深入交流，探讨了国际咖啡文化和贸易。
Mrs. Vanhpheng Saisomphou and her delegation visited Guangzhou Collection and Distribution Center of Yunan International Coffee Exchange, Siyu Coffee, Wanyu Water Bar and other enterprises. During the visit, she had in-depth exchanges with several senior coffee practitioners such as Mr. Liu kaiyong, Ms. Hu Rong and Mr. Zhang Jie about international coffee culture and trade.
沙总领事表示，中老铁路项目是“‘一带一路’倡议下的标志性项目”，计划今年底通车，这有利于中国先进的设备、技术及管理经验进入老挝，也有利于老挝的咖啡、茶叶等优质农产品进入中国市场。老挝一直有种植咖啡豆，出产优质的阿拉比卡和罗布斯塔豆，希望未来能通过咖啡等优质农产品的合作，提升老挝农产品整体在中国市场的品牌号召力和份额。
Mrs. Vanhpheng Saisomphou said, the China-Laos railway project was an iconic project under the Belt and Road Initiative, which was planned to open to traffic by the end of this year. This was conducive to the entry of China's advanced equipments, technologies and management experience into Laos, also conducive to the entry of Lao coffee, tea and other high-quality agricultural products into the Chinese market. Laos had been planting coffee beans to produce high-quality arabica and robusta beans. It was hoped that in the future, through the cooperation of coffee and other high-quality agricultural products, to enhance the overall brand appeal and share of Lao agricultural products in the Chinese market.
